Late Fees Rent and Electric

· $50.00 Late fee will be applied to all late rents.
· Electric will be ready by the 4th of each month. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied after the the 4th.
· If your electric is disconected, due to a non payment, a $25.00 service charge will be added and must be paid before service is reconnected. The charge of electric is based on Kissimmee Utility Authority current rate of 12.31 cents per kwh, or 1000 kwh at the rate of 13.57 cents per kwh plus $19.00 min. customer service charge and all applicable taxes. Pets fee $50.00, ask for details.

A 72 hour cancellation notice is required. All cancelled reservations will be charged 20% processing fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Boat slips availabe $10 uncovered - $15 covered per day. No reservations taken, 1st come 1st serve basis.

All Gests/Visitors must be registered and payd for by NOON each day. Late Check-outs and early Check-in fees applied at $10.00 per hour.
